• Device Features (When Enabled by Organization):
  • Camera: Used only to scan QR codes for digital identification, employee check-in/check-out, and event attendance validation. No photos or videos are stored.
  • Location: Used only at the time of employee check-in/check-out or event attendance confirmation to verify physical presence at approved locations.
  • Face ID / Biometric Authentication: Used solely for secure user authentication. Biometric data is not stored or transmitted by Wasael.
  • Microphone: Not used for recording or audio capture.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Wasael.ai platform.
• Authenticate users and ensure secure access.
• Enable organizational workflows that may require the use of supported device functions.

• All data is hosted on AWS servers within the UAE region.

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
